We are excited to announce the opening of our two new locations in Haywood County. Our first location, situated at 10441 Tibbs Rd, Brownsville, TN, features 18 spacious sites. Our second location, located at 71 Will Evans Rd, Brownsville, TN, boasts 60 sites, with the first 30 spots currently open and filling up quickly. The second 30 spots will open in the last week of January 2023.
Our sites are 45 ft x 65 ft and include water, electric, and sewer connections. The monthly rate is $800, which includes a cash discount. Please note that a 3% service charge will be added for credit card payments.
Our RV park is conveniently located just 35 minutes from Jackson and 50 minutes from the Memphis metro area, making it the perfect location for those looking to explore the surrounding area. We are also approximately 25 miles from Blue Oval City and just 3 miles from the TVA Lagoon Creek Location. We welcome construction workers and other long-term guests looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. We are pleased to offer internet access at our Tibbs Rd location through Aeneas Internet, with plans to bring internet to our Will Evans location in the spring of 2023.

PARK RULES
Quiet Hours
Quiet time is from 10:00 pm. to 8:00 am. Please be considerate of all other guests in the park. Parties are strictly prohibited.
Protecting our grass
To protect our grass, please stay on sidewalks and roads. No mats or rugs on the grass. Do not cut the flowers.
Garbage disposal
Place trash in plastic bags and deposit in the dumpster.
Speed Limit
Follow park speed limit of 10 MPH.
Washing
No washing of cars, RVs, etc. Please turn off unattended.
Pet Policy
All pets must be pre-approved, no aggressive breeds shall be allowed in the Park. Pets must be kept on a leash when outside. You must clean up after your pet and dispose properly.
RV Requirements
RVs must be 10 years old or newer (or reviewed by Management).
Campfires
Campfires are allowed only in the designated areas.
