Meet the Leadership

Carson Crace is Director of Revenue Management of Great Lakes Land Holdings, where he oversees revenue strategy across the portfolio. He first joined the company as an intern the summer before coming on full time, and helped build the institutional-grade revenue management system and framework the company uses day to day. Using artificial intelligence and data analytics, he identifies revenue upside and puts those structures in place across new and existing facilities. He earned his undergraduate degree from Cornell University’s College of Agriculture and Life Sciences, concentrating in finance and real estate while competing on the wrestling team. He lives in Lowell, Michigan.
