Meet the Leadership

Brian Hackney is Chief Operating Officer of Great Lakes Land Holdings, where he oversees day-to-day operations across the portfolio. He began his career in law enforcement, serving seven years as a certified Michigan police officer, then spent seven years as a top salesperson at Sports Addix, a gear manufacturer. He was recruited to the company in 2022 and promoted to COO shortly after. He lives in Hastings, Michigan with his daughter Aven.
