These terms apply to the websites and the customer care text messaging service of Great Lakes Land Holdings LLC, which operates My Storage self storage facilities. Rentals are also governed by the rental agreement you sign for your unit.

Customer care text messages

1. Great Lakes Land Holdings LLC sends customer care text messages from (517) 923-2427. We text you only in reply to messages you send us, with answers to your questions, account and balance details, gate codes, payment links, rental links, and updates on service requests you made.
2. You opt in by texting us first. By texting us, you agree to receive customer care text messages from Great Lakes Land Holdings LLC in reply. Consent is not a condition of renting a unit or of any purchase.
3. Message frequency varies based on your conversation with us.
4. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.
5. You can cancel at any time by replying STOP. We will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and after that you will receive no further messages unless you reply START.
6. For help, reply HELP or call 616-552-9908.
7. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
